For both Yoga and Shiatsu, with the focus on your body, we create space to open at deep skeletal and muscular structures. This evolves a dialogue with yourself, strengthening and adjusting your physical and emotional body, developing sensitivity.
I will occasionally invite you to evoke creative imagery: words, pictures, symbols, colour and shapes to expand this enriching process.
