My yoga classes and one-on-one tuition are based on my combined development of Zen Shiatsu and various styles of Yoga, (particularly Scariavelli inspired) after years of studying these different disciplines around the world.  

My students find this combination improves: their ability to relax; their stress management; their back pain; and their nervous problems and encourages a deeper understanding of the way that their body works.
