Would you like a yoga teacher whose hands-on approach helps you find the roots of your tension?
I begin my sessions with Shiatsu massage, encouraging the body to relax and for the chi to flow, allowing me to understand the individual needs of my client. Focussing on specific “problem” areas, I then work on a structured Yoga programme of postures to strengthen and relax the body, coaching my clients to get to their personal best. My multi-disciplinary approach to Yoga and Shiatsu allows my clients to release tensions in the body, while my counselling skills help the mind to let go. Sessions are fully clothed in a warm comfortable private room.
