“I thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend Sarah’s yoga class to anyone.  Sarah’s personalised style of teaching is highly individual.  She teaches in a relaxing and therapeutic manner, as she guides you effortlessly through each yoga position you hardly realise how hard you’re working or how focused you’ve become. The yoga postures are performed at a leisurely pace but are essentially an invigorating and uplifting set of movements that require concentration for you to get maximum benefit. At the end of the session I felt a renewed sense of personal calmness and relaxation.“
