Yoga|Shiatsu

Workshops are a combination of Hatha Yoga postures, Shiatsu breathing and stretches and partner work to support and 'treat' each other. There is a strong emphasis on quietening the mind and body via slow and deep movement and stillness.

Development of the Hara, together with palming and thumbing techniqes for partners are included.

I draw on some of the practice that is inspired by my Japanese master - Kishi and his wife Kyoko. I have been studying with them since 1993, including a three week retreat in Japan.

Shiatsu for Pregnant women
and partners:


This is a three hour workshop, where you learn simple, yet deeply effective techniques for partners to enhance the pregnancy and labour. Both the pregnant women and their partner learn strengthening and relaxing exercises.
