restorative yoga classes 

Classical postures with movement, meditation and relaxation. Restore vitality and flexibility. Nourish your body, mind and soul.

I have taught Yoga since 2002, having been a complementary health practitioner since 1985, including reflexology, massage, and Shiatsu, and I now work as an Acupuncturist.

I draw on my depth and breadth of experience, including T’aiChi & Chi Gong, with a creative approach to Classical Yoga postures, I invite you into a conversation with yourself via the body. I have taught in the UK and abroad, and am now based in Sussex, integrating my life as a practitioner, teacher and artist.

Weekly classes are currently paused but do please contact me if you are interested in weekly Yoga classes.
