Come along and practice Yoga together. I am a fully qualified and experienced Yoga Teacher with over 20 years experience teaching Yoga classes.

Engage with a deep connection and conversation with yourself, that can be developed and enhanced with my creative approach to classical postures, breathing and movement.

I have been taught, influenced and inspired by many teachers from various Yoga traditions since my first class in 1978.
​
It was in 2002 that I began teaching Yoga, drawing more directly on the teaching of Vanda Scariavelli and my own teacher John Stirk.
​
The main ingredients being to awaken the spine, with focus on gravity and the breath.
​
As a Shiatsu practitioner (since 1998) and Acupuncturist, I bring aspects of Oriental medicine, teachings and healing to the Yoga practice, with influences from T’ai Chi and QiGong.
​
The classes are small, allowing for personal and individual attention.

Sarah’s Yoga is gentle, precise and healing: she is also a Shiatsu practitioner and an Acupuncturist. I find her classes teach me alignment, balance and mindfulness. The atmosphere in her classes is warm and friendly. I always look forward to the next class!
